This expression of Levant highlands is named after Lebanon's highest mountain peak, "The Black Peak" located in the Cedars mountain at an altitude of 3088 m above sea level.
Inspired by Islay, Amplified in the Levant
Not only do we use peated malts, we also cold smoke the mash with Lebanese peat from the Ammiq Wetlands, making it the smokiest whisky that you might ever taste.
